Short and Long Term Disability Insurance
W2 Hourly Employees are offered this benefit that includes both accident and sickness at a rate of 60% of salary up to plan maximum. W2 Hourly employees receive this benefit at no cost.
Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
This benefit allows for health insurance premiums to be deducted from before tax earnings, resulting in tax savings - subject to IRS limitations.
