Benefits

At Intellex, we strive to maxmize employee control of their disposable income, but additionally realize the importance of comprehensive and flexible benefits.  Intellex offers its W2 Hourly employees the option to purchase the following benefits:

Medical
W2 Hourly employees are offered a comprehensive PPO plan through UnitedHealthcare


Dental

W2 Hourly employees are offered this benefit through Delta Dental.


Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance 
W2 Hourly employees receive a 2x pay up to $100,000 life insurance benefit subject to plan eligibility and criteria. W2 Hourly employees receive this fully paid benefit at 100% of the cost.

Short-term Disability Insurance
W2 Hourly Employees are offered this benefit that includes both accident and sickness at a rate of 60% of salary up to plan maximum.  W2 Hourly employees receive this benefit at 50% of the cost.

Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
This benefit allows for health insurance premiums to be deducted from before tax earnings, resulting in tax savings - subject to IRS limitations.

Cobra (Continuation of Group Benefits) 
Intellex offers Continuation of Group Benefits through Cobra if your coverage terminates due to terminating employment (except for gross misconduct) or due to a reduction in hours. Employees can continue coverage for themselves, their spouse, and their children (provided they were covered under the plan before termination). Cobra eligibility is subject to plan provisions and strict guidelines.

Worker's Compensation Insurance
Employees who are injured or become ill on the job may receive compensation insurance benefits at no cost, which may include medical care, compensation, and vocational rehabilitation.
